Q.No.1 When the genuineness of a letter is in dispute, what are the various kinds of evidence that may be laid before the Court to prove the handwriting?
Q.No.2 State at least five principal classes of facts which have been declared to be relevant by the Qanun-e-Shahadat, 1984.
Q.No.3 “Identification evidence is often quite dangerous to rely on.” Discuss this statement in light of Qanun-e-Shahadat, 1984.
