LLB 5 Years – Syllabus and Course Outline in Pakistan. The LLB 5 years programme is a new scheme of study in Pakistan. The Syllabus for 5 years LLB is outlined here with complete detail. The minimum requirement for getting admission in 5 years LLB is Intermediate / A-Levels or equivalent. With LLB 5 Years Syllabus and Course Outline, the candidates who have passed these study schemes are now eligible for admission in 5 years LLB. Notable, now the HEC has announced the Law Admission Test (LAT) for getting admission into LLB 5 Years degree.
So, a candidate who possessed the above said education and have passed the LAT are only eligible for admission in LLB 5 years programme in various universities around Pakistan.
LLB is a professional and academic degree approved by the HEC and the Pakistan Bar council. The syllabus for 5 Years LLB is outlined below. This curriculum shows the book of a wide range of compulsory, General and Foundation and Discipline-specific Major Courses for the candidates.
Nowadays, both 3 years LL.B and 5 Years LL.B programme is continuing in the country. But from 2020 the 5 Years LLB programme will only available. If you want to become an Advocate, a Judge or want to join any legal filed then the minimum education you required is LLB. Without LLB you cannot become any of these. No Sister, You cannot join 5 Year LL.B. If you want then you have leave 3 Year LL.B and then start again with 5 Year LLB
