On January 25, 2023, the Finance Department of the government of Khyber Pakhtunkhwa issued a notification regarding the Conveyance Allowance during Vacation in the KPK education department.
The accounts offices deducted the employees’ conveyance allowance for taking summer and winter vacations. During the summer and winter vacations, these employees will now receive an allowance for conveyance. Prior to this, the KPK government issued orders granting employees Conveyance Allowance during Vacations with Arrears. They will also receive the amount due in arrears.

Notification of Conveyance Allowance During Vacation KPK Education Department
In compliance with the judgment of Service Tribunal Khyber Pakhtunkhwa on 29.07.2021 and in pursuance of the Supreme Court of Pakistan judgment in CPLA No., 84-P, 377-P, 307-P of 2020 dated 07.07.2022, the Government of Khyber Pakhtunkhwa has been pleased to allow Conveyance Allowance to the employees of education department during (summer & winter) vacation as well as reimbursement of arrears with effect from the date of deduction of the said allowance.
How to Get Arrears Amount
As stated in the notification, employees will receive the Conveyance Allowance arrears on the date CA was deducted. The precise date of the implementation of the arrears amount will be communicated to you shortly. It’s possible that this date is 2011 or something like that.
