This is an Act to provide for the establishment of Lahore City University. It is necessary to provide for the establishment of Lahore City University in the
private sector and to provide for matters connected therewith and ancillary thereto.
This act authorized the establishment of the University, hiring the staff, and other functions of the Lahore City University.
