This is an Act to repeal the Provincial Assembly of the Punjab Privileges Act 2022 (XII of 2022) and revive the Provincial Assembly of the Punjab Privileges Act 1972 (II of 1972).
Whereas, in the interest of Parliamentary Supremacy, it is expedient to revive the
Provincial Assembly of the Punjab Privileges Act 1972 (II of 1972), in the manner
hereinafter appearing.
This act was promulgated on Tuesday, August 30, 2022.
