Q8. Define agency. What are the rights and duties of an agent?

PART II: SALE OF GOODS ACT

Q9. Define sale and agreement to sell and distinguish between the two.

Q10. Who is an Unpaid Seller? What are these rights provided in the sale of Good Act?
