Q8. Discuss the role of Congress in the US Constitution.

Q9. Discuss the powers of the US President which make him the most powerful person.

Q10. Critically analyze the concept of separation of powers with a system of checks and balances in the US Constitution.

Q11. Explain the role of the US Supreme Court in protecting the civil liberties of American citizens.

Q12. Discuss the doctrine of judicial review and its implementation by the US Supreme Court in Marbury vs Madison in 1803.
