PART-I (The Code of Civil Procedure 1908)
Q. No. 1: Explain the legal representative and what is procedure for the enforcement of the decree against the legal representative?
Q. No. 2: Explain cases in which the court may issue a commission to examine the witness. Discuss in detail the procedure to be followed.
Q. No. 3: What are the inherent powers of the civil courts? When and how can these powers be invoked?
Q. No. 4: Discuss in detail reference, review & revision.
PART-II (The Limitation Act, 1908)
Q. No. 5: Discuss in detail the acquisition of ownership by possession with reference to the Limitation Act, 1908.

PART-III (The Registration Act, 1908)
Q. No. 7: Discuss in detail the documents for which registration is compulsory and optional. Also, discuss the time period for their presentation for registration.

PART-IV (The Qanoon e Shahadat Order, 1984)
