PART II: US CONSTITUTION

Q7. Explain the historical development and evolution of US Constitution and its sources.

Q8. Discuss the doctrine of ‘Judicial Review’ in the context of the US Constitution.

Q9. What are the role and powers of the US Congress?

Q10. “US Constitution is a right Constitution” discuss? Also, explain the procedure of the Amendment in the US Constitution.

Q11. Explain the role of the US Supreme Court in protecting the civil liberties of American Citizens.

Q12. Write a short note about any two of the following:

  2. Important Characteristics of the US Constitution
  3. Federal System
