PART -II (LEGAL SYSTEM OF PAKISTAN)

Q7. Enumerate the factors which favor the adoption of Alternate Dispute Resolution (ADR) Processes and discuss the role of the Courts in Pakistan in the promotion of ADR techniques and processes.

Q8. Critically examine the salient features of the Pakistan Legal System.

Q9. Explain the role of the doctrine of Judicial Review in protecting and enforcing Fundamental rights in Pakistan’s Legal System.

Q10. Write short notes on the following:

  1. Court System of Pakistan
  2. Article 2A of the Constitution of the Islamic Republic of Pakistan
  3. Explain the amending procedure of the Constitution of Pakistan
  4. Differentiate between the Parliamentary and Presidential systems.
