Q4. Discuss how opulent enforcement of principles of natural justice ensures the true implementation of the administration of justice.

Q5. Discuss the landscape and building blocks of the Global legal system. Discuss the doctrine of rule of law in establishing the supremacy of law.

Q6. Write short notes on the following:

  1. Hybrid legal system
  2. The “law of twelve tables” in the Roman Legal system
  3. Classification of courts in Common law
  4. Concept of crime and punishment in the Roman legal system

PART II (Legal System of Pakistan)

Q7. Enumerate the factors which favor the adoption of Alternate Dispute Resolution (ADR). Also discusses the scope and advantages of ADR in Pakistan’s Legal system.

Q8. Discuss the historical development and evolution of the legal system in Pakistan.

Q9. Discuss the doctrine of judicial review as a permanent feature of the Pakistan legal system.

Q10. Write short notes on the following:

  1. Original jurisdiction of the Supreme Court of Pakistan
  2. Article 4 of the Constitution of the Islamic Republic of Pakistan
  3. Law making process in Pakistan
  4. Hadd vs Tazir punishments in Pakistan’s legal system
