Q.5 Explicate the difference between Article 185 and Article 199 of the Constitution of the Islamic Republic of Pakistan 1973.

PART-II

Q.6 Enumerate the classes of Civil Courts with specific reference to existing limits of the Pecuniary Jurisdiction in original suits.

Q.7 Pecuniary Jurisdiction of a District judge is always derived from the valuation of the plant. Discuss all the aspects with particular reference to the Punjab Civil Courts ord 1962. Also, discuss the category in which an appeal lies to the High Court against decisions of the order of the District Judge.
