(ii) Write about the proscription of a person in your own words.

Q5. How does the Illegal Dispossession Act, 1997, prevent illegal possession of property? Please explain in light of sections 3, 4, 5, 6, and 8 of the Act.

Q6. In light of the provisions of the Control of Narcotics Substances Act, 1997, what is under cover and controlled delivery operations, also explain the power of entry, search, seizure, and arrest without warrant, the power to seize and arrest at public places, power to stop and search conveyance.
