A Memorandum of Association (MOA) is an authoritative record arranged in the development and enlistment procedure of a constrained risk organization to characterize its association with investors. ... The MOA and the Articles of Association fill in as the constitution of the organization.

Basically it means the memorandum of association of a company as originally framed or as altered from time to time in pursuance of the provisions of any previous companies Act or of this Ordinance
