According to local practices:

A duty judge is always present in courts during courts hours in holidays for urgent nature of cases. After court hours if deem necessary bail / remand can be obtained from his official residence. it is also notable that only urgent nature of cases are dealt in holidays.

According to High Court Rules:

according to high court rules and orders vol. III,  Sessions Judges should allow urgent applications for bail to be presented to them at their residence on holidays at a fixed hour, when such applications cannot be presented in Court on a working day owing to unavoidable circumstances.
